David was the technician for today’s service appointment.... His knowledge and recommendations were very helpful. Now I have a more consistent filter changing schedule to follow. This will help save money over time since the water hardness and high chlorine levels require a pre-filter change every 6 months instead of 12. But this will prevent the main (middle) membrane filter from being ruined by chlorine in a period of 2 years; the main filter is supposed to last 5 years. I greatly appreciate being an informed customer.read more

I'm so thankful to have found Tri-County Water! I just... moved to Michigan from Phoenix Arizona ... I live in a small town with not a lot of resources. When I first came here I had to buy cases of bottled water which was a pain to lug and then deal will all the empty bottles. It felt so wasteful! I was so happy to find Tri-County Water! We bought a bottom loader water dispenser and have the 5 gallon bottles delivered each month. They are very well priced, always extremely reliable, and so friendly and professional!read more

Matt Weller the estimator understood my need and suggested... the correct size unit. He didn’t try to over sell me. Brendon Doyle the installer was well prepared and knowledgeable about the install. Both showed up within the specified time. I received text showing where they were on the route and estimated arrival time. Office staff was also very informative! From the time we placed our order to the delivery the... service was timely, considerate and complete. Delivery man was most accommodating as he brought salt into our home; went downstairs & refilled the water softener all which is of valuable importance to us.
