David was the technician for today’s service appointment.... His knowledge and recommendations were very helpful. Now I have a more consistent filter changing schedule to follow. This will help save money over time since the water hardness and high chlorine levels require a pre-filter change every 6 months instead of 12. But this will prevent the main (middle) membrane filter from being ruined by chlorine in a period of 2 years; the main filter is supposed to last 5 years. I greatly appreciate being an informed customer.read more

I'm so thankful to have found Tri-County Water! I just... moved to Michigan from Phoenix Arizona ... I live in a small town with not a lot of resources. When I first came here I had to buy cases of bottled water which was a pain to lug and then deal will all the empty bottles. It felt so wasteful! I was so happy to find Tri-County Water!
